Mindbody monthly = SaaS tier (chosen by staff seats / locations) + ~$15 PCI fee + ~3.1% blended processing on card revenue.

Annual = monthly × 12. Delta is Mindbody minus Chronix Hub.
The 3.1% blended on the Mindbody side is the published midpoint of 1.69%–3.39% plus a ~0.4% adjustment for per-txn fixed fees on small-ticket recurring charges. Real-world Mindbody quotes also include SMS overage, marketing add-ons, and branded-app fees that we deliberately do not model — they push the delta wider, not narrower.

Correct. Chronix Hub records payments for visualization and reporting; you connect your own Stripe, Square, or bank merchant account. Whatever rate that processor charges, you pay them directly. We never see a cent of your processing volume, so we have no margin to take.
Why does the processing rate matter so much?
Because for a busy studio, processing typically costs more per month than the SaaS subscription itself. A studio doing $40K/month in card revenue at 3.1% blended pays $1,240/month in processing alone. At 2.6% with their own processor that drops to $1,040 — $2,400/year back to the studio, with the software stack unchanged.
What about features — is Chronix Hub feature-comparable?
