How the math works
Monthly total = base tier price + (extra branches × per-branch add-on). The first branch is included in the base price.
Annual total = monthly total × 12. When the toggle is set to Annual, the base and add-on prices switch to the discounted annual-billed rate.
Staff seats are included up to the tier cap, multiplied by the number of branches you own. Exceeding the cap is a tier upgrade, not a per-seat charge — we don't sell additional seats à la carte.

Where do the prices come from?
Straight from the published Chronix Hub pricing page on this site. The calculator imports the same plan data the pricing section renders — if a price changes, both update together. No invented numbers.
What does an extra branch include?
Each extra branch gets its own full member and staff quota at a multi-branch discount — for example, on Growth that's another 500 members and 20 staff seats on top of the first branch's allowance. Branches share the same login, settings, and reporting.
Why is annual cheaper?
Annual billing locks in a lower per-month rate (roughly 18–22% off, depending on tier). The displayed per-month price is what you actually pay each month when billed annually; the yearly total is just that figure times twelve.
What if I have more than 10 branches?
Beyond 10 branches — or any branch with more than 2,000 members — you're in Enterprise territory. Pricing is custom and includes founder-led support. Email info@chronixhub.com.
Are payment processing fees included?
No. Chronix Hub does not process payments and takes no margin on transactions. You connect your own Stripe, Square, or bank merchant account and pay that processor whatever they charge you. The number above is the software cost only.
