Chronix Hub is studio management software for fitness, wellness, and movement businesses. We're the SaaS platform at chronixhub.com that small and mid-sized studios use to handle scheduling, instructor payroll, point-of-sale, CRM, and client bookings — without stitching together five different tools.
What is Chronix Hub?
Chronix Hub is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that gives a fitness or wellness studio everything it needs to operate, in one app. A typical Chronix Hub customer runs a yoga studio, pilates studio, CrossFit box, boxing gym, dance studio, martial arts academy, barre studio, climbing gym, or wellness center. Some are solo trainers. Some run four branches across three countries. The product fits both.
Here's the short version of what it does:
- Class scheduling — recurring schedules, drop-ins, waitlists, capacity, room and instructor assignment.
- Client booking portal — a branded portal at
yourstudio.chronixhub.comwhere members book, manage packages, and see their history. - Instructor payroll — per-session pay, per-head bonuses, fee snapshots, automated payouts at the end of the pay period.
- Point-of-sale — retail products, day passes, drop-ins, tenant-defined payment methods (cash, card, OMT, WhatsApp Pay — your call).
- Member CRM — client records with notes, attendance, packages, invoices, communication history.
- Calendar feed subscriptions — live iCal feeds for clients, instructors, rooms, or the full studio. Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook — all supported.
- Shareable schedule cards — one-click Instagram-ready images of this week's schedule.
- Public API — read-only REST API at
/api/v1/*for integrations and reporting.
What makes Chronix Hub different
Studio software has been around for two decades. The market is loud. Three things separate Chronix Hub from the rest:
1. Everything is included. No add-ons.
Most studio platforms unbundle. Scheduling is the base plan. Payroll is +$30/month. POS is +$40/month. A client app is +$25/month. By the time you've turned on the features you actually use, you're paying $200+/month — and you still don't own your data cleanly.
Every Chronix Hub plan includes scheduling, payroll, POS, CRM, invoicing, reports, the client booking portal, calendar feeds, schedule-card sharing, and email reminders. Starter starts at $49/month. There are no "upgrade to unlock" features for core operations.
2. Built for the actual workflow, not the demo.
We've talked to hundreds of studio owners. The same problems come up every time: instructors arguing about pay because the system can't snapshot a fee; the front desk re-typing data into a separate POS; clients who can't see their schedule on their phone calendar; reports that don't match the bank statement.
Chronix Hub is designed around those problems. Fees snapshot at the moment a session is created so future config changes don't rewrite payroll. POS is part of the same database as the booking — no reconciliation step. Calendar feeds are live — when you move a class, the member's Apple Calendar updates automatically. Reports tie to the actual ledger, not to a derived analytics layer.
3. No contract, no setup fee, 30-day money back.
Most platforms charge a setup fee, ask for a 12-month commitment, and route you through a salesperson before you can see pricing. Chronix Hub is self-serve. Sign up, free 14-day trial, $49/month after if you stay, cancel anytime, get a refund within 30 days if it's not for you.
Who uses Chronix Hub
Today, Chronix Hub powers studios across multiple countries — including the Middle East, Europe, North America, and the UK. The platform speaks ISO 4217 currencies (the studio picks one) and supports localized phone numbers, time zones, and date formats. Tax handling is per-tenant.
Studio types live on the platform today include:
- Pilates studios (reformer, mat, contemporary)
- Yoga studios (vinyasa, hatha, hot, prenatal)
- CrossFit boxes
- Boxing and kickboxing gyms
- Dance studios (ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, ballroom)
- Barre studios
- Martial arts academies (BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai, karate, taekwondo)
- Personal trainers and small-group coaches
- Wellness centers (massage, recovery, lymphatic drainage)
- Climbing gyms
Where the name comes from
Chronix comes from chronos — Greek for time. A studio is a time business. You sell hours: a 45-minute reformer slot, a 60-minute yoga class, a 90-minute Muay Thai session. Every other system — payroll, POS, retention — flows downstream from a calendar full of time slots.
Hub is the part of the name we mean literally: one place where everything connects. The schedule connects to payroll. Payroll connects to the ledger. The ledger connects to reports. Reports connect to the CRM. Nothing is bolted on. There is one source of truth and one URL: chronixhub.com.
More on the name and how we picked it — there's a whole post on the etymology if that's your kind of thing.
How to try Chronix Hub
- Sign up for a free 14-day trial — join the waitlist. No credit card.
- Pick a tenant slug — that becomes your studio's subdomain (e.g.,
yourstudio.chronixhub.com). - Add class types, invite staff, import members. Most studios are live in 30 minutes.
- Share your booking portal link with members. They can add it to their phone home screen — no app store install needed.
If you'd rather see it in action before committing to a trial, our Features page lists every capability the platform ships, and the Changelog shows what we shipped this month.
