Can I migrate from my current software?+
Yes. We help you move your member data, class schedules, and package information over for free. Most studios are fully set up within 30 minutes.
Is my data secure?+
We use TLS 1.3 for data in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Each business's data is isolated at the database level, so no other tenant can see yours. We target 99.9% uptime.
What happens after the free trial?+
You pick a plan. There are no surprise charges, and you won't be billed unless you actively choose one. Your data stays safe and accessible either way.
Do I need to pay extra for POS or payroll?+
No. Every plan includes scheduling, member CRM, payroll, POS, invoicing, reports, the client booking portal, calendar feed subscriptions, shareable schedule cards, and email reminders. There are no add-on fees for core features.
What if I outgrow my plan?+
You can upgrade anytime. Your data, settings, and history carry over, and you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of your billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?+
No contracts. You can cancel anytime, and we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.
Can my clients book classes themselves?+
Yes. Every studio gets a branded booking portal at yourgym.chronixhub.com where members see the schedule, book classes, manage packages, and check their booking history. You can customize the colors, font, and background image so it matches your studio. Clients can also add it to their phone home screen — no app store install required.
Can I take walk-in or guest bookings?+
Yes. You can hold a spot for a walk-in or a friend-of-a-member without forcing a full client record. Capture the name, hold the slot, and convert them to a member later if they come back.
Can I share my weekly schedule on Instagram or social media?+
Yes. One click turns this week's schedule into a polished image sized for Instagram (4:5 portrait, square, story 9:16, or landscape). Use your studio's own background image — post directly to social or download it for print. No screenshots, no Canva.
Can my clients sync the schedule to Apple Calendar or Google Calendar?+
Yes. ChronixHub publishes a live calendar feed your clients can subscribe to from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook — and the schedule stays in sync automatically as it changes. Separate feeds exist for individual clients (their own bookings), instructors (the classes they teach), specific rooms, and the full studio. Most studio platforms still email static PDFs of the week — we publish a live calendar.
Does ChronixHub work on mobile and tablet?+
The admin dashboard is fully responsive, so it works well on iPads and tablets at your front desk. Your clients' booking portal is mobile-friendly too.
Can I customize class types, pricing, and cancellation policies?+
Yes. You can set up your own class types, per-session pricing, per-client bonuses, late-cancel windows, and studio-wide policies. ChronixHub adapts to how you already run things.
We're a small studio — is ChronixHub too much for us?+
The Starter plan is built for solo trainers and small studios, with room for up to 250 members and 10 staff per branch. At $49/mo on early-access launch pricing, it costs less than most booking-only tools, and you can upgrade whenever you need to.
What if I have multiple locations?+
Every plan includes 1 branch, and member/staff limits are per branch (not total). You can add extra branches to any self-serve plan at a multi-branch discount — roughly 75% of your base price, with each branch getting its own full member and staff quota. Early-access launch pricing: Starter is +$39/branch, Growth is +$69/branch, and Business is +$119/branch. Running 4+ branches or a branch with more than 2,000 members? Talk to us about Enterprise — we'll put a custom quote in writing.
Are these prices permanent? What's the catch?+
All prices you see are early-access launch pricing. If you sign up during the early-access window, your rate — including any extra-branch add-ons — is locked for 24 months from your signup date. Once early access ends, public pricing flips to standard rates (Starter $69/mo, Growth $119/mo, Business $219/mo monthly). Existing customers keep their launch rates through their 24-month term.
We're already using another booking tool. Why switch?+
Most booking tools handle scheduling but not payroll or POS. You're probably paying $150+/mo across several platforms. ChronixHub gives you all of that in one place, starting at $49/mo on early-access launch pricing.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. There are no setup fees and no hidden costs. You pay the subscription price and that's it. We also offer free onboarding help if you want a hand getting started.
How long does it take to get set up?+
Most studios are up and running within 30 minutes. Sign up, add your class types, invite your staff, import your members, and you're live. We can hop on a call with you if you need help.
