Studio Management Software in Madrid
EUR-native studio software for Madrid boutiques, 21% IVA-aware invoicing, SEPA Domiciliación for monthly members, Bizum tracked as a label, no contract.
Madrid studios run on two payment patterns Mindbody barely acknowledges. SEPA Domiciliación for monthly memberships, pulling 60-100€ from members' IBANs automatically each month at ~0.30%. And Bizum, the Spanish bank-to-bank instant transfer that sits on a member's phone and works for drop-ins, walk-ins, and one-off packages at zero cost. A platform that doesn't handle these payment patterns naturally will leak revenue into manual reconciliation spreadsheets.
Chronix Hub runs every Spanish studio in EUR end to end. Receipts, payroll, invoices, and reports stay in euros. Invoicing supports the 21% IVA standard rate, the 10% reduced rate where applicable, and the Spanish tax-invoice format with NIF, IVA number, and the sequential invoice structure your gestor expects.
On payments, you keep your existing setup. Stripe or Redsys at Spanish rates for card. SEPA Domiciliación through GoCardless or Stripe for monthly memberships. Bizum, cash, and bank transfer as labeled payment methods. Chronix Hub stays out of the money flow entirely and pays for itself in processing savings for any studio doing meaningful card volume.

Currency and payment labels in Madrid
EUR end to end. Spanish IVA is 21% standard rate. Some specific sports services may qualify for the 10% reduced rate; confirm with your gestor. Invoicing handles either rate.
Tenant-defined payment-method labels you can track in reports: every payment you log gets attached to one of your studio's labels, and reports group revenue by label. These are for record-keeping, not payment rails: Chronix Hub does not process cards or move money on any of these channels.
Spanish IVA is 21% standard. The 10% reduced rate applies to some sports services in specific contexts; confirm with a gestor. Spain has SII (Suministro Inmediato de Información) for VAT-registered businesses over certain turnover thresholds; Chronix Hub exports reconcile into the SII-compatible tools your gestor uses.

How Chronix Hub compares in Madrid
Mindbody Spain bills in USD and locks Mindbody Payments at 2.9% + 30c. Glofox does the same. Bsport (Spanish-built boutique studio platform) is closer in philosophy but at a premium price. For a Madrid studio collecting most of its membership revenue via SEPA Domiciliación at 0.30%, locking into a card-rate processor for monthly recurring is a real ongoing cost. Chronix Hub keeps your SEPA at SEPA, your Stripe at Stripe, your Bizum as a record-keeping label, and charges only the software subscription on top.
Madrid studio software FAQ
¿Es Chronix Hub compatible con la facturación española?
Yes. Invoicing supports 21% IVA-inclusive or IVA-exclusive line items, the 10% reduced rate where applicable, NIF, IVA number, sequential invoice numbering, and the standard Spanish tax-invoice structure your gestor expects. Chronix Hub is not a bookkeeping system, so you still file IVA through your gestor, but the underlying receipts are correctly structured.
Does Chronix Hub support SEPA Domiciliación?
Not as a direct integration. SEPA Domiciliación is set up through GoCardless or Stripe in your own account; Chronix Hub records each pulled payment as a labeled payment for reporting. The benefit is the ~0.30% SEPA rate rather than card-level processing on monthly memberships.
Can we accept Bizum?
Yes, as a payment-method label. When a client sends a Bizum to your phone or bank-linked Bizum number, you log the payment in Chronix Hub with a 'Bizum' label and your reports group revenue cleanly. We don't run Bizum integration directly, Bizum is bank-to-bank and stays between your bank and your client's bank.
Is there a Spanish admin UI?
Not yet. Admin runs in English. Class names, studio name, and the client portal can use Spanish freely, and PDF invoices are bilingual-friendly. Full Spanish UI localization is on the roadmap.
¿Cómo se compara Chronix Hub con Bsport o Resamania?
Bsport is well-localized for the Spanish boutique fitness market with deeper integrations than Chronix Hub today, but at significantly higher pricing. Resamania is similar from the French side. Chronix Hub is month-to-month, lower priced, and includes payroll on every plan, the trade-off is the English-only admin UI for now.
Will the schedule handle daylight savings?
Yes. Every studio runs in a configured timezone (Europe/Madrid for Spanish studios), and recurring classes shift correctly with the CET/CEST changeover in March and October.
