Chronix Hub is not a bookkeeping system, so you still file TVA through your accountant, but the underlying receipts and invoices are correctly structured.
Does Chronix Hub support SEPA Direct Debit?
Not as a direct integration. SEPA Direct Debit is set up through GoCardless or Stripe in your own account; Chronix Hub records each pulled payment as a labeled payment for reporting. The benefit is that you keep the ~0.30% SEPA rate rather than paying card-level processing fees on monthly memberships.
Can we accept Chèques Vacances (ANCV)?
Yes, as a payment method label. Chronix Hub doesn't process Chèques Vacances directly, you redeem them through your ANCV agreement, but you can log every ANCV redemption as a labeled payment in Chronix Hub so reports group revenue cleanly.
Is there a French admin UI?
Not yet. Admin runs in English. Class names, studio name, and the client portal can use French freely, and PDF invoices are bilingual-friendly. Full French UI localization is on the roadmap.
Comment Chronix Hub se compare-t-il à Resamania ou à Deciplus?
Resamania and Deciplus are French-language platforms with deeper French banking integrations than Chronix Hub today. Will the schedule handle daylight savings?
